DCI is excited to announce a ten-year warranty on DCI Edge dental equipment and cabinets. We believe in making our customer’s life easier by providing the quality, value, and worry-free warranty you deserve. You and your dentist customers can choose DCI Edge with confidence!

Newberg, Oregon (February 20, 2025): – Effective Date: Starting Thursday, February 20, 2025, all DCI Edge products will be covered by a 10-year warranty.

Coverage

• DCI Edge chairs, units, lights, and cabinetry are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 10 years from the purchase date
• Repairs or replacements of defective parts will be provided at no charge
• Warranty excludes labor charges and shipping costs to the DCI Edge factory.
• Upholstery: Now covered for 5 years (upgraded from 1 year); excludes normal wear, stains, cuts, scratches, and damage from disinfectants.
• Handpiece Tubings: Now covered for 1 year (previously 6 months).
• Power Optic Tubing: Now covered for 1 year (previously 6 months).
• NSK Handpiece Bundle Purchases: Includes a 1-year extension on the manufacturer’s original warranty.
• OEM Ancillary Devices: Follow the original manufacturer's warranty, not covered by DCI Edge.
• Only authorized DCI Edge dealers should perform service to maintain warranty validity.
